1. Refund Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, refunds are not available.
- For class bookings: Full refund available up to 3 days before the class.
- For product purchases: Refund available within 7 days if the product is unopened and in original condition.
2. Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Credit/debit card refunds may take an additional 2-3 business days to appear on your statement.
3. Special Conditions
- Custom / Bespoke ProductsCustom-made fragrances and personalized products are non-refundable as they are created specifically for you.
- Digital Products & ServicesDigital content, AI consultation services, and online class access are non-refundable once delivered or activated.
